Return Eligibility

• You may request a return within 3 days of delivery.
• Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• Returns are accepted only for:  Wrong item delivered ,Damaged or defective product ,Size or style mismatch (if applicable)

Non-Returnable Items

• Items marked as “Final Sale”
• Products damaged due to misuse

How to Request a Return

• Email us at Itzsparklyn@hotmail.com  within 3 days of delivery.
• Include your order ID, product photo, and reason for return.
• We’ll respond within 24 hours with pickup instructions.

Refund Process

• Once the returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you.
• Refunds are processed within 1-3 business days.
• For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be sent via UPI or bank transfer.

Return Shipping

• Return shipping is free if the item is damaged or incorrect.
• For other reasons, return shipping charges may apply.
